In a groundbreaking initiative, TripAdmit has integrated OpenAI’s ChatGPT to transform how reviews are generated for tours and activities. Guests can easily leave a tip on their mobile/cell phone by tapping your NFC Card, scanning your QR code or visiting your unique tip link. Payment methods typically include major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay and other popular digital payment options
Once you get your first tip, and it exceeds $2, €2, £2, an email is triggered to set up your payout method. Guides can receive their tips directly to their wallet instantly and get paid out to their chosen payout destination such as their bank account, Revolut, Venmo, Visa and Mastercard Debit cards or other available payout options available in their country.
Once you have successfully set up your payout method, your tip balance will be updated immediately. This ensures that you always have an accurate representation of the funds available to you within your wallet. From there, you can initiate a transfer of your tips to your designated payout account. This transfer process is also instantaneous, providing you with quick access to your earnings.
Our solution is free for guides. When you receive a tip, a small transaction fee of between 2.9% to 5.9% is applied plus payment processing. These transaction fees are paid by the guest by default meaning that guides and activity providers get the solution for free.
As the tips are sent directly to the guide (like cash) without an owner’s involvement. Each guide receives their tips directly into their payout wallet, eliminating the need for the owner or manager to distribute tips manually.
Guests can interact via TipDirect Cards, QR Codes, Direct Links, or the Guide’s TipDirect App, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience. The guests do not need to download an app or any technology, it is as simple as scanning a QR code, paying by credit card, ApplePay or GooglePay and that’s – simple.
