If you’re a guide looking to receive tips digitally, follow our easy four-step process to get started with TipDirect.
You should have received an invitation to join your company’s TipDirect account. To get started, simply click the “Get Started” button in the email.
Add a personal touch to your profile! Include a photo, a short bio, and your areas of expertise or even your nickname to let customers know who they’re tipping. Set your preferred currency and a default tip suggestions for their convenience.
Once your profile is complete, you’re ready to start earning! Your first step is to collect a tip of at least €2 ($2, £2) from a customer using one of our convenient payment options: NFC card, QR code, or tipping link.
Once you’ve earned your first tip, you’ll receive an email inviting you to claim your earnings. Choose from our convenient payment methods to instantly transfer your funds to your preferred account. After your initial setup, we’ll handle future payouts automatically.
