TipDirect connects with platforms like Fareharbor, Ventrata, and Bokun, pulling tour data, integrated booking widgets, and booking information to enable smooth in-tour and post-tour communication and review follow-ups. TipDirect can also integrate with your CRM or email platform to send automated post-tour review and tip requests.
Yes, you can use both the TipDirect App and the admin account via a browser without needing to sign up again. Your account works seamlessly across both platforms.
If you are on the Pro or ProPlus Plans, we would recommend you get in touch with our Customer Success Team and they will upload all your guides for you. Or, as an Admin of a company account, you can invite guides in the ‘Users’ section. Simply enter their email addresses one by one or upload multiple email addresses all at once on a CSV file. Once you hit submit an automated email will be sent to all your guides to join the company’s TipDirect channel. As new guides join, just repeat the process for the new guides
Company admins can exclude themselves or specific guides from the guide gallery through the Settings> Guide Gallery Settings section. This is useful for admins who do not collect tips themselves.
