Travellers used to search Google and scroll through page one. Now more of them ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI which tour to book, and the answer names one or two operators, not ten. An AI assistant can only recommend what it can read, and in our AI Visibility Audit of 50 tour operator websites, 95% of the reviews on those sites were invisible to AI.
Today we’re launching the TripAdmit 360 AI Review Suite: everything that happens to a guest review, in one place, from the end of the tour to the top of the AI’s answer. It works in four stages.
1. Capture: Collect More Five-Star Reviews
The best moment to ask for a review is while the tour is still fresh. At the end of the tour, guests tap an NFC card or scan their guide’s QR code, rate the experience, and the AI Review Assistant helps them turn a few words into a full review in seconds. They then post it to Google, or head to Tripadvisor to write it in their own words.

Guests who slip away before reviewing get a friendly nudge afterwards by email, SMS or WhatsApp with post-tour messaging, sent automatically from your booking data.
2. Display: Show Them Off on Your Website
The Review Hub is your back office for every review your guests leave with TripAdmit: read them, reply to them, and choose which ones appear where. Review Widgets then put them on your tour pages as grids, lists, carousels or badges, in your brand’s colours and fonts, with one line of code.

3. Feed: Make Them Readable by AI
This is the stage only TripAdmit offers. Most review widgets load their reviews later, from another website, where AI crawlers never see them. The AI Feeder writes your reviews and your rating into your own pages, in the structured form search engines and AI assistants read. So when a traveller asks for the best tour like yours in your city, the AI has your guests’ words to go on.
The reviews that count are the ones you own: the ones your guests leave directly with TripAdmit. They stay yours whatever you decide, and you can display, export and use them however you like.
Not sure where you stand? Send us one tour page for a free AI check. Within 1 to 2 business days you’ll know how many of your reviews the AI can read, whether it can read your rating, and who it recommends for a tour like yours.
4. Analyse: Learn From Every Review
Reviews are also the best product research you’ll ever get for free. The Product Improvement Platform reads the Viator and Tripadvisor reviews of your tours, and of up to three competitors, and sorts every sentence into themes such as meeting point, pace, group size, value and storytelling. It then tells you what to fix first, which guides to learn from and where your rivals let their guests down.

- Tour Intelligence: each tour’s rating on every platform, beside the rival tours it competes with, plus the friction moments that cost it stars.
- Guide Intelligence: ten guide qualities scored from what guests say, with strengths and coaching advice for every guide.
- Competitor Hub: what your competitors’ guests praise, and what they keep complaining about.
- Vulnerability Alerts: the problems guests raise again and again, with their own words behind each one.
Why a Suite?
Each stage feeds the next. More reviews give your website more to show. Reviews on your website give the AI more to read. What guests say shows you how to make the tour better, and better tours earn better reviews. Running them together means one account, one Guide App and one set of NFC cards and QR codes, connected to booking systems such as Bókun, FareHarbor and Ventrata.
And the tipping your guides already rely on is still part of the same moment: right after leaving a review, guests can thank their guide with a tip from their own phone.
